EARTHWORKS, MECHANICAL EARTHWORKS

Another type of mechanical earthwork is excavation, which can be done without any problems not only with universal earthmoving machines but also with a bobcat. Another example is site leveling, which can also be efficiently achieved through mechanical earthworks. Site leveling may be necessary not only after the completion of construction but also before construction begins, as cleaning the site is important. Construction can only begin once the site is cleared of tree roots, weeds are removed, and various terrain irregularities are smoothed out.
Once the site is cleared, excavation for the basement and, for example, the pool can also begin, which also requires mechanical earthworks. Continuing with mechanical earthworks, it is possible to create, for example, the septic tank or even the cistern.

DEMOLITION

During demolition, special attention must be paid to safety, teamwork, including coordination between many work operations, the availability and usability of auxiliary temporary facilities (such as bins, shoring, scaffolding, securing, wedges, guardrails, awnings, protective roofs, etc.). Attention must also be paid to reducing environmental impact, such as creating dust-proof walls, using wet, sprinkler demolition technology, and reducing noise pollution. If hazardous waste demolition is also required during demolition, such as asbestos or wooden piles manufactured before 1996, or old technology-produced fiberglass insulation, it can significantly slow down and increase the cost of the demolition process.
